These terms apply to all visitors, including those who contact us, subscribe to our newsletter, or inquire about purchasing carbon credits.
2. About InPlanet
InPlanet GmbH operates the Site to share information about our Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) carbon removal projects, engage with farming and mining partners, and facilitate inquiries related to the purchase of carbon removal credits. We maintain offices in Piracicaba, Brazil and Munich, Germany.

Information on the Site relating to carbon removal credits, project outcomes, and climate impact is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Past project performance or certification outcomes do not guarantee future results.
If you are considering purchasing carbon removal credits, we encourage you to conduct your own due diligence and consult relevant professional advisors as appropriate. Any transaction you enter into with InPlanet will be governed by a separate purchase agreement.
6. Scientific content and claims
InPlanet is committed to science-based, independently verified carbon removal. The scientific information on this Site reflects our current understanding and published research. However, the field of Enhanced Rock Weathering is evolving, and claims or figures may be updated as new data becomes available. We do not warrant that all scientific content is complete or error-free at all times.
7. Contact forms and newsletter
When you submit information through our contact form or subscribe to our newsletter, you agree that we may use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not sell your information to third parties. You may unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.
